Why 'engagement rate' is the wrong headline metric

'Engagement rate' averages likes + comments + shares — but a like is worth ~1% of a save and ~0.1% of a DM. A post with 500 likes and 2 saves is a much worse post than one with 100 likes and 12 saves. We report saves and shares separately, weight them properly, and put likes at the bottom of the report where they belong.

The DM funnel is the real KPI for most Dhaka B2C
