We operate the website digitalmarketingdhaka.com and provide SEO, paid media, social, content, eCommerce, analytics and web/app services to brands in Bangladesh and abroad.

This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we store it, and the choices you have. It applies to website visitors, prospects, clients and their authorised representatives.

Our client dashboard lets users sign in with Google and, with explicit consent, connect Google Search Console. We request read-only access to the performance data (clicks, impressions, queries, pages) of properties the user already owns, plus basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) for account identification.

This data is used only to display SEO performance reports inside the dashboard and to email those reports to the account owner. We do not sell it, do not transfer it to third parties except processors required to run the service, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with the user's consent, for security, or where required by law. Access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account permissions page, and we delete stored tokens and report data on request.

Digital Marketing Dhaka's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Enquiry data is kept for a reasonable follow-up period after our last contact. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by contract, tax or law. You can request deletion at any time – see "Your rights".

We use industry-standard safeguards – encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege permissions on client accounts, and vendor review – to protect information we hold. No system is 100% secure; we notify affected clients promptly if a breach involving their data occurs.

Our services are intended for businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
