Delivered ROAS vs order-placed ROAS: the number that matters

Most Dhaka agencies report order-placed ROAS because it looks higher. But in COD-heavy Bangladesh, 15-25% of orders never actually deliver — that's revenue in Meta's reports but not in your bank. Our dashboards default to delivered ROAS (via Shopify/OMS webhook), with order-placed shown alongside for reference. This is often the difference between a 'winning' campaign and a losing one.

The 5-KPI founder view

For founders/CEOs: (1) total spend this month vs plan, (2) blended ROAS delivered, (3) blended CAC delivered, (4) new customers acquired, (5) pipeline value from paid. Why we don't use monthly PowerPoints

Monthly PDFs arrive 5-8 days after month-end, are curated by the person being judged, and can't be re-queried. Can the dashboard include our Shopify / offline sales?

Yes. Shopify plugs in via native connector; offline sales (POS, WhatsApp orders, phone orders) can be imported via a Google Sheet you update, or via your OMS API if you have one.

How often does the data refresh?

Meta and Google Ads data refresh every 1-4 hours; Shopify and GA4 refresh hourly. Real-time (sub-minute) refresh is possible but rarely needed — and costs more in BigQuery bills.

What if I leave the agency?

The dashboard is built on your Google account and your data sources. You keep everything. We hand over the query definitions, alert configs, and a short video walking your next agency (or in-house team) through the setup.
